GAIA launches version 2.0

GAIA Global Announces Latest Software Update for the GAIA Platform at OTC

GAIA Global AS is firmly committed to create something different, which will disruptively change the way a technology supplier company executes its international sales and growth strategy. The company is launching version 2.0 of the GAIA Global Platform at OTC, introducing new resources that will boost an increased efficiency, security and transparency in the commercial relationships between suppliers and their sales partners/agents.

GAIA’s previous version pioneered PRM tools built specifically for the energy and maritime market. Version 2.0 Gaia Platform provides a new set of tools including 9 modules:

  • Contract Management

  • Compliance Management

  • Opportunity Management

  • Commission Management

  • Partnership Matching

  • Marketing Management

  • Contacts Management

  • Product Management

  • Communication Management

Among the new modules in version 2.0, we can highlight Marketing Management, an all-new feature that allows for preparations for events, campaigns, and sharing with its partners real-time all related documentation. Another important feature is the Compliance Management module, which allows parties to easy keep updated on certificates and all relevant documentation regarding compliance regulations. The GAIA system also provides Best Practice resources on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, including training, to secure continuously compliance with these regulations.

“The Marketing Module and Compliance Module give users a potent tool to structure, edit, and share marketing activities, with all their partner channels, as well as, in a single place, track and follow up with their partner’s compliance documentation, allowing for lower risks and higher security.” - Niclas Berntsson – CCO and Project Lead.

“After working in the industry for more than 20 years, both as a supplier and as a Sales Partner, I am thrilled to see a common platform that exchanges all needed information in the Supplier-Sales Partner relationship,” said Jan Lomholdt, GAIA Global’s CEO. “GAIA has based its new version on market input, to make it more efficient. There is no doubt in my mind that with this tool, businesses can increase efficiency and reduce risk in international trade, resulting in increased revenues and profit for both parties.”

With version 2.0, GAIA moves forward with the development of the first PRM (Partner Relationship Management) System for the Offshore and Maritime industries, changing ahead in a disruptive and positive way the way Supplier companies manage their sales, global strategies, and relationships with their Global Sales Partners.
